For Ameritech Slant 30 & Payday TM machines

Utilizing the feature of 1.5” center height on Ameritech Slant30 & Payday TM machines, We now have available a quick change riser system to speed change over of repetitive parts.

A direct bolt on riser using a locator pin stop can be bolted to the table, allowing standard ECI tooling to be used, at 16.5” in length you loose no movable travel yet gain modular tooling capability.

With the wide range of tooling available live tooling can now be used on the machine without the need for “custom tool holders”.

If quick change tooling is not a requirement the riser can be set up and can remain on the machine, this allows the use of any existing “Hardinge style tools” or the full range of ECI modular tooling.
