Made in America, The Exact Jr. Series Micro Mills are not an off the shelf CNC Milling Center. They are for those who require more quality in a small foot print and are willing to pay for it. Each machine is built to order to suit your specific requirements.

The Exact Jr. (AKA EJ) is designed for the Serious Machinist. Weighing nearly 1800 pounds the Exact Jr. is Unmatched in the industry.

The Straight Forward Intelligent design insures long life precision machining.

The Base Cabinet is 36" Square which makes the small foot print ideal for Clean Rooms, Tool Rooms to  the Home Work Shop.

The Heavy Duty C Frame Design includes a Counter Weighted Spindle Head allowing for many Spindle Varieties. Standard the Machine is offered with a 2 HP 6000 RPM 30 Taper Spindle, that provides incredible cutting power.

Optional are 12,000 to 50,000 RPM High Speed Spindles.

Additionally the machine is available with Three Different Control Options each with its own unique features.

Your Exact Jr. will be custom Built to Meet Your Specific Demands.

Assembly

Furnace aged castings out fitted with Heavy Duty High Precision Linear Rail Guide-ways, which eliminate Stick Slip and results in increased accuracies.

Precision Ground Ballscrews are used in each axis with direct coupled Heavy Duty Servo Motors. This eliminates any potential belt or pulley slip and again insures higher accuracies.

The spindle Head is counter balanced with an over 100 Lb counter weight. This Spindle Balancing System takes pressure off the Z axis servo motor which allow it to work effortlessly  at high feed rates and during repetitive Z axis functions such as peck drilling.

We offer many  configurations with choices of Guarding, Controls, Spindles, Finish Color ...etc.
