The 15 x 7 table allows plenty of room for creative tooling.

The Payday is no ordinary turning center, by adding the optional programmable C Axis, then some live tooling, you can perform Milling and Engraving operations.

The Tooling Setup to the left shows a NSK vertical live spindle used for milling the dome on the part on the left, then another NSK live tool milled the slots then the side mounted NSK tools engraved.

Both parts where produced in one program.

Heavy Duty furnace aged Meehanite Castings form the base foundation of the Payday.

The 30 degree slant design allows for easy tooling setups, eliminates chip stack below the spindle and reduces chip stacking on lower mounted tools as found on steeper slanted machines.

DC Brush Type Closed Loop Servos are Direct coupled to Precision Ground Ball-screws in each axis.

Direct coupling means no belts or pulleys used to move the table, which insures accuracy.

The Payday has a full 1.500" inch Tooling height.

You can use our big block tooling, our full line of ECI Tooling or just about anyone's tooling (including our competitors) on the Payday.
